In a wide-ranging interview with Howard Stern, Tom Brady refuted reports of animosity between himself and his longtime coach Bill Belichick, admitting he cried during their ‘farewell’ phone call, and opened up about his marriage to Gisele Bundchen, resisting Donald Trump’s urging to date his daughter, Ivanka, and refusing to speak on Trump’s behalf at the 2016 Republican National Convention. Brady recently decided to leave Belichick and the New England Patriots after 20 seasons and six Super Bowl victories to sign a two-year, $50 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A self-professed fan of Stern, Brady had never been interviewed on his satellite radio show before Wednesday, when he attempted to do so on a video conference call from the Tampa home he’s renting from Yankees legend Derek Jeter. Those plans were scrapped early on when Brady’s screen froze several times.
