Ma Xiaoguang, a spokesperson for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, made the remarks at a press conference when commenting on the U.S. revision of its so-called "rules" regarding its contacts with Taiwan, which lifts several previously-imposed restrictions on this matter. Pub landlord heartbroken after thugs trash beer garden night before lockdown easing
A pub beer garden has been trashed by heartless thugs the night before restrictions eased allowing it to re-open after months. Devastated landlord Mark Trainor vowed to get The Albion Social Club, in South Bank, near Middlesbrough, re-opened this afternoon regardless after thugs vandalised the outdoor seating area, reports Teesside Live. Locals have rallied round to help out, with a social media post stating: "If ever there's a venue that needs people's support today - it's the Albion." Hospitality venues across England have been given the green light to re-open for outdoor drinking and al fresco dining as of today, as lockdown restrictions continue to be eased.
