At long last Apple has added public-transport directions to its Maps app - or at least it has revealed that it will add this feature when iOS 9 launches in September. (At time of writing the new feature is only available by downloading the pre-release beta version of iOS 9 , which is what we use throughout this tutorial. Some graphical elements may have been tweaked by the time the official final version of iOS 9 comes out - it is due to launch on Wednesday 16 September - but we'd be very surprised if the way the feature works changes substantially.) India's industrial production contracted by 3.6 per cent in February, official data showed on Monday. According to the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) data released by the National Statistical Office (NSO), manufacturing sector output declined by 3.7 per cent in February 2021. Illustration: Dominic Xavier/ Rediff.com Mining output slipped 5.5 per cent, while power generation grew by 0.1 per cent in February. The IIP had grown by 5.2 per cent in February 2020. During April-February, IIP contracted by 11.3 per cent compared to one per cent growth in the corresponding period of 2019-20. Industrial production has been hit due to the COVID-19 pandemic since March last year when it contracted by 18.7 per cent. Retail inflation rose to 5.52 per cent in March, mainly on account of higher food prices, government data showed on Monday. NIKKI Grahame has died at the age of 38 after a long battle with anorexia. The Big Brother star checked into a private hospital to treat her eating disorder last month after her desperate friends managed to raise more than £65,500 to start paying for life-saving care. However, her passing was confirmed in a statement today on her GoFundMe page. It read: "It is with great sadness, we have to let you know that our dear friend Nikki passed away in the early hours of Friday 9th April. "It breaks our hearts to know that someone who is so precious was taken from us at such a young age.
