PITTSBURGH (KDKA-TV) — A longtime birdwatcher in Pennsylvania says he had a “once-in-a-lifetime” bird sighting – a cardinal that is half-male and half-female. “I had a once-in-a-lifetime, one in a million bird encounter!” James hill posted on Facebook.
